"Good sales information. . Seem to use best materials. I signed up to install a French drain, sump pump, 5 support beams, full encapsulation and insulation. They had an amazing attitude and came with smiles and professionalism. Making a tough job seem easy. I expected them to be there for a week at least. It took them 3 days. They were knowledgeable and professionalâ ¦. Project manager on sightâ ¦. He/ they Communicated very well through the process. I enjoyed hearing their funny and positive banter as they were working under the house. customer satisfaction is something they take seriously and they strive for a five star rating. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Shawn Evan and cyrus."

"We contracted with Decatur Jacuzzi Bath for a replacement shower a couple of years ago. On 8/25/2025, a technician, Josh Keith responded to our call and replaced some malfunctioning shower caulking at no charge. He was on time, performed an excellent replacement job in less-than an hour, and stated it was within warranty. We appreciated the prompt response to our problem and the cordial and appreciative attitude while here - kudos to Decatur, Jacuzzi and Josh Keith."

"This was a unique service that ended up being extremely helpful towards my problem. My side by side fridge/freezer was dropped during a recent house move which rendered the freezer door to not close shut. After calling the moving company to fix the situation, they set me up with Neli to assist in the matter. The virtual technician was wonderful to work with and patient as he guided me to what the problem was and a resolution to fixing it, along with specific part numbers needed for replacement items. This was a great first time virtual technician experience for me after being hesitant towards using it, because I’m not the most mechanically inclined. I would highly recommend this service to anyone based on affordability, ease of use, and knowledgeable assistance."
