The service arrived at our home on time.  The workers are friendly and helpful.  They answered our questions with information that explained the problems which existed and their plan for installation and repair.   The quickly assessed the situation and began working.  Work went quickly and efficiently; no wasted time.  Other plumbers/installers who gave estimates said the work would take 3- 4 hours  Crouch and Son did the work in 2 hours.

They are on time. We were very pleased with their service. We have used them several times.

When the washing machine was draining, I realized dirty water was coming up through the drain in the bathtub.
I called Crouch first thing the next morning. Jeremiah was there within an hour and had the work done in 45 minutes. He snaked the sewage drain and over a week later everything is still working great!

Called and left multiple messages. I was told each time that the messages would be passed on and I would receive a call back. Never received a call back.

On an earlier visit, at my request, they cleaned all lines and the trap to perhaps save my old commode. I liked its style. However, the commode was the problem and only special treatment would clean it. I had that done once before but this time went and picked out a commode and they came back and installed it. I have used them happily for many years.

Not Well. The company did not return my two calls. I left messages on answering machine, but no one returned my calls.

I couldn't remove the old leaking kitchen faucet due to corrosion of fittings from long term leaks. Service provider performed job satisfactorially, within expected cost, and in a timely manner. There could have been a little more care taken with the new faucet when installing, but nothing was damaged and everything seems to be working fine.

I couldn't perform the work myself, because parts were seized up due to age. Service provider performed work satisfactorially, within expected price, and in a timely manner.

Crouch and Sons Plumbing is pretty much clueless as far as how to service a Bosch tankless water heater.

I was delighted with their work and the results.

They did a great job. They were friendly and proffessional. Found and repaired the leak quickly and didn't need to go under the house to do it.

The two man crew worked hard in a muddy mess to locate and remove the clog. Excellent work in difficult conditions.
