Picked out granite slab, was sold a measured thickness, upon delivery, all pieces were not the same thickness, with some parts being 1 inch thick. Construction was behind schedule so I didn't notice until backsplash contractor took off plastic off countertop. Owner refused to replace granite to match 1.25" thickness stating this is rare but this is just how the slab was.... I was not offered a refund or to change the slabs to get the thickness I paid for. They only offered to swap my main counter section to a 1 inch section to match the smaller thickness section that was originally installed despite what I thought inwas getting and paid for. I am somewhat dissatisfied but didn't feel I had a choice if I wanted it to look somewhat decent. I just wanted the thickness and look that I paid alot of money for...

from the very first day Katie was attentive, helpful, and so knowledgable. They were willing to order and reorder until we found the exact piece of granite for the kitchen.  they worked with the cabinet maker for details on measurement and during installation.
The owners were at our job site more that once to offer solutions on various issues that came up, and were always so helpful and easy to work with. Installation was on time as scheduled, the entire crew was professional and courteous , respectful of our home.
several months after completion they were going through photos that were taken, and realized that two of the bathroom backsplashes had been switched! we had not even noticed! within a week they were out and had them replaced.  i can't say how impressed we were that they caught the error and responded so quickly to  make it right.I would highly recommend

We went to look at granite for the kitchen and saw that they had some overstock bathroom counters.  We are renovating an older home to sell and needed an affordable option.  We never thought we could afford granite for the bathroom.  I'm sure they aren't always able to do things that inexpensively but we got lucky and it worked out great.  They even included a sink.  They were always on time or early.  They really went above and beyond even though they weren't making a huge profit.

It went very well. they came on time and the repair man was very knowledgeable about the situation. I would use them again. A+

Design team was on the ball and helped pick a  great quartz top for an kitchen island, to compliment my existing granite countertops. Everything was perfect. Fit, finish, and install. Very professional team and management.

After going through their showroom and meeting with their salesman Tim, we felt very comfortable contracting with them to make our granite shower seat and bathroom countertops.
Their prices were in line with everyone else, but what sold me was the kindness of their salesman.
They came out and measured and then delivered the granite within a week of placing the order.
The granite is lovely and we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship.
Everyone we have dealt with have been professional and friendly, and we will certainly be doing business with them again in the future.
Since then we have heard other tell us they have had similar experiences with them and have been told by other contractors that they are solid, dependable and do high quality work. I have to agree.
