The workmen came out on schedule - were friendly, responsible, and efficient. Sawyer came back to get under the house and inspect their work. "Brad Rogers and his painting crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and its contents.  We can't say enough about how well the job was done.  Wade, Brad's foreman, is the consummate perfectionist.  He monitored each and every detail of the job to make sure it was done to his satisfaction.  We initially hired Brad to paint the interior of our home, but after seeing what a great job his crew had done, we added painting of our garage walls and floor.  This was not an easy job for them.  The paint job the previous owners had put on the walls was awful.  Paint splotches on the white crown molding, baseboards and interior doors. Also inconsistent coverage of the wall paint.  Brad's crew worked very hard to cover all these problems and now the home looks like new.  In fact several people have asked if this was a new home based on how well the painting was done. The home is actually 7 years old. We had a minor leak in my bedroom closet. He went into the attic and could not see where the leak was coming from. He looked for the leak from the roof as well and he let me know that my roof should have about 7 years left in it. He was on time and polite but only at my home for about 15 minutes.

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.
