He was ready to start the job immediately, and despite heavy rains that week, the entire job—every room in a 2-story, 2BR, 1 1/2BA townhouse, was done within 3 days—which was was earlier than he quoted. He even provided all he receipts for the supplies he purchased and provided a clearly-written invoice at the time of payment. He has shown the most integrity of any contractor I’ve personally ever worked with. I was in no way paid nor promised anything for my favorable review, but it is well earned. We will gladly hire Javier again when we need other work done."
