"Liquid Foundation Repairs installed a French Drain in my backyard a few months ago. I waited with my review to make sure that it woks. Had lots of rain since then and it works like a champ! Troy is very respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. Both him and his crew are punctual and hard working. The wok couldn’t be started right away due to lots of water and mud. Meantime, Troy called me several times so that we can agree on the proper time to start the job. They had a hard time because the entire work area was still a mess. They worked hard for several days and did an awesome job! I had a big tree trunk that fell over from the golf course next to my backyard and flattened my fence. They disposed of it and fixed the fence without charging a dime! They specialize in multiple jobs, so hire them with confidence! You won’t be disappointed!"

"This was a very extensive project that I spent months researching, hired an engineer for his professional guidance, and accepted bids from four companies. "Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises."
