Prime RoofingI waited for a hard rain to see if the roof had been repaired and we had a hard rain on yesterday and my roof is still leaking. I just spoke to someone at Prime Roofing and they are supposed to get someone out on tomorrow. I gave a grade of F related to quality because my roof is still leaking.- Wayne W.

South Point OneCrew did an excellent job of assessing an older home and confirguring the best possible option to meet our needs. Expectations were set very early as this was a very detailed and higher end remodel...needless to say expecations were exceeded!!! They went above and beyond the vision we had for the space. We even pushed them **** ** a tighter deadline and the accomodated this request with late nights and unselfish workers. Look forward to having them on more projects in the future.- Kevin B.

Shrader ConstructionCould NOT ask for better quality work! Mr. Shrader found siding to match origional (30 yr. old) siding perfectly. Replaced existing roof with top quality metal roofing and included 'hidden damages' discovered in quoted price. Crew showed up on time every day and, except for lunch break, stayed on job all day. Painters matched color of house and trim and blended new paint into old. Can NOT tell where damage was and carport looks like it was built with the house. When job completed, crew spent a full day cleaning up debris; except for flattened grass where trailers sat for a week, no evidence of the work had taken place, except that the damages were gone! Just wish the work done by another company to replace guttering (A1 Metal Roofing & Seamless Gutters) was of the same QUALITY as work done by Dale Shrader Construction Co.! Dale Shrader does BETTER QUALITY work for less than the 'name companies' in area!- Joe C.

Came after his work he was committed to in the dark to help me and we both worked with his backhoe and me with my tractor until about 10pm. He did not leave until the job was finished. REAMS CUSTOM HOMES INCworked with all contractors and matched our home so well neighbors thought we had expanded on to our house. Artist installed stain-glass window and said builder had framed in window perfectly for her installation. Designed 6 ft doors just like we visioned. J & S Constructionwell from the first meeting he was promped he gave us a bid and then whent beyond and explaned things other contractors didnt take the time to do. his bid was mid price compared to others but he gave the best presentation. he started with the pavillion and completed it 2 days early and it was just so amazing. so we went on with the metel roof and completed on time another great job so we went on to lay ceramic tile in our den and gave him a budget and free range and it looks like it belongs in a mansion just a great job i would us them over and over if i had the money to spend.- jeremy f.

Samson Agri Buildings IncSamson Agri-Buildings Inc was the closest one stop for purchasing and installing a roof only pole barn. His estimate was the lowest and also included 12 foot height. The building is very well engineered and the installation by 'Cotton' and his crew(mostly family) was excellent. Fit and finish were done with care. I put them down to good on a couple of categories but they were caused by events outside their control. One was a mechanical breakdown of equipment and the other was weather. I cannot recommend this company more highly.- Randall S.

Poorly Signed and paid installment on June 10, 2020. Broke ground mid July. Was supposed to be done by September 15th 2020. He walked off the job in Jan 2021. Didnt pay his subs and sent a letter for us to sign to take on responsibility for paying his subs. Had to fix the concrete floor so flooring could be reinstalled. Still isn’t right Sent a second letter threatening to put a lien on our house because we wouldnt sign his ridiculous letter taking on paying subs. There isn’t enough money left to finish the job anyway. Much less pay the subs he should have paid. He doesn’t respond. Wont warranty his work. Left cracks in the ceiling, molding undone. Flooring still at issue, We have never tried to rush them or get on them at all about anything. He didn’t put a dumpster on property right away and left piles of trash in the backyard for months. No port a potty. So yellow Gatorade bottles were found. It goes on and on To top it off the addition is for my elderly mother who has Alzheimer’s and has had nothing but stress over this. We have already paid out of pocket over 12k. They weren’t even able to move three existing windows and install them properly so that the custom blinds could be reinstalled. The size of the opening for doors is not correct so adaptations will be needed to finish the shorty work they are passing of as complete. I went with them, not because they were the cheapest. Because they were not. But because of good reviews. So I sadly put this out there to protect others from their deceitful ways. I noticed other better business bureau complaints that occurred after we had started our project. Beware. You have been warned

The company has been top of the line. They were very professional. They did an amazing job. What I wanted was did much greater than I could have ever imagine. With total remodeling of my entire home, I don’t think I could have bought a newer home with this much detail work and beauty. I would recommend NYMA to everyone, and of course if I need anything in the future, I will use them again.

The technician arrived early and go right to work. My door was in bad shape. The motor had pulled loose from its mount and the door was off the guide. The technician reattached the motor chain bracket to the wall, fixed the wiring that was hanging down, fixed the bent guide, adjusted the spring bar springs, and lubricated the spring and all wheels. The Technician also installed screws when reattaching the mounting board for the motor instead of nails like the builder did. He also installed some screws for the two warped mounting boards for the guides. It took about 1 1/2 hours and everything is fine now. Now the garage door will probably outlive me. Good Job! Very happy with the work performed.
