"The front yard was done - and cleaned up promptly. He removed quite a few bushes and limbs in the back yard several weeks ago - and has never been back - with no good explanation at all - what he offered about why he hadn't returned sounded made up. The moral of is this is what we should have done - gotten a contract, see if he was bonded, see if he was dependable. After several weeks - I called him and is was extremely agigated with me and hung up. Is that how you treat a customer???? Both me and my partner are handicapped seniors and we've learned a good lesson."

Palm trees aren’t much different than your typical tree removal. Removing a palm tree is a standard procedure as long as pros have the proper tools and supplies. Whether you should remove the roots of a dead tree depends on whether they’re damaging nearby areas. For instance, if the roots continue to grow near sidewalks, driveways, or the foundation of your home, they can cause damage. If you want to plant something else in that spot, removing the roots can make it easier for the new tree or plant to grow.

A chainsaw is the best tool to cut down a tree, but you may also use a handsaw or ax. You may also want to use a lopper or pole saw to remove limbs before cutting down the tree. Wear chainsaw chaps and protective gear, including eyewear and earplugs if you use a chainsaw. Again, if you’re unsure about how to use this tool, this project may be one to skip.
