I am so impressed with my carpets and amazed at the appearance of them. They look better than I’ve ever seen them. Like brand new! My whole house smells fantastic, as well. I gave a 4.5 because the windows were somewhat streaked and not cleaned completely. This is most likely from working in direct sunlight. However that is the only reason I gave them a 4.5 rather than a 5 star rating."
