Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. "Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. I gave a 4.5 because the windows were somewhat streaked and not cleaned completely. This is most likely from working in direct sunlight. However that is the only reason I gave them a 4.5 rather than a 5 star rating."
