"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. Very nice owner (Andy) called me the same day I found them on Home Advisor (Thursday) and came to give me an estimate the next morning (Friday) and came to clean gutters on Monday morning. Very reasonable rates. I am also getting a painting quote from the same company. I will definitely use them again."
