"It went better than expected. They showed up right on time. They reviewed the work to be done and verified the pricing, and then they got to work. They cleaned four rooms and a landing in an hour and a half. Three of the rooms had carpet that is sixteen years old. It’s a night and day difference. I highly recommend them, and I will hire them again."

"I was thoroughly impressed by the work of service doctors! I had quite a bit of work done. I had 6 rooms cleaned and 3 rugs. Lots of work for sure. Anthony was the individual who came out and did the work. I must admit he was VERY professional. That alone went a long way with me. Clean cut ,his communication was very on point he was thorough on the options of clean and he was timely. I had never heard of this company until now but I must say I was very satisfied with the finished product."

"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. Thank you Mr. Terry!"
