Very personable individuals. They answer their phones and are available for questions as needed. I got both gutter cleaning and windows on upper level. I gave a 4.5 because the windows were somewhat streaked and not cleaned completely. This is most likely from working in direct sunlight. However that is the only reason I gave them a 4.5 rather than a 5 star rating.

"We really enjoyed working for this client! I returned to take care of her streaks and determined that the streaks were due to a broken seal on the dual pane windows and the smudges were between the panes and cannot be cleaned. The only option is to replace the window unit. Many times this is the case but it's not always easily detectable by homeowners."
