They charged me their base rate as they stated on the phone. The best part is they will come when I need the help. Any other service I contacted wanted me to commit to service. I will have them back in 2 weeks to do more work and when we get all this done then I will post pictures. We are very pleased with their services. They were going to come Sunday but since they were in the area they asked if they could come today. Ken is also a certified arborist. I will be having more done in the future as funds allow. "I would rate a 5 on quality of work but I am a strict reviewer and just a few minor deficiencies. Specifically, didnâ t put blinds back in window and beam in living room ceiling was put back in place but side wood slightly separated. I put blinds back in 5 minutes and a few hits with a hammer and beam was ok. Overall, best handymen I have ever had. They knew what they were doing , price was reasonable and service very professional and reliable."
