They charged me their base rate as they stated on the phone. The best part is they will come when I need the help. Any other service I contacted wanted me to commit to service. I will have them back in 2 weeks to do more work and when we get all this done then I will post pictures. We are very pleased with their services. They were going to come Sunday but since they were in the area they asked if they could come today. Ken is also a certified arborist. I will be having more done in the future as funds allow. "I hired them to to remove an old second storey screen-in porch and deck. they came out and looked at everything, gave me a price, and started the next week. They were always on time, and would stop and explain how things were going with me. They would ask me If i was satisyied and if I wanted any changes. They also reoplaced a kitchen floor for me, and fixed areas of the under panels of the house where squials were getting in. Jay and Mike and the rest of the crew did clean ups each day.I will being calling them agian . I could not ask or gotten any beter treatment from other places. They are greater than a five."
