WA ConstructionI gave them a list of what I wanted done. They then quoted me a price that was acceptable. Work was begin with a verbal agreement. Their integrity is suberb. Skyline constructionhe done a great job. The floor had rotted out under tile. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter, but at my age this project was to much for me to take on. When a sister came to visit she was afraid of failing through! I called Brian, got a quote and he started the next day. This sort of project is the hardest any contractor can take on . He completed it in a day and a half and a at fair price. The project stayed on schedule the whole time, even with some additional repair work we requested along the way. Matt did high quality work, communicated well, and managed all of the subcontractors very effectively. Prime ManagementWe wanted to remodel our two guest bathrooms and change the backslash in our kitchen. We were nervous to work with a general contractor, but Matt and his team were amazing to work with! We made an appointment to get an estimate and Matt was honest about the cost, amount of time it would take and gave us his recommendations for the project. We changed our minds a lot throughout the whole process, but Matt was so patient with us. He was always available to answer our calls and questions. He kept us informed throughout the whole project. There were some unforeseen issues that came up, but Matt and his team handled them as quickly and as efficiently as possible. They had a few issues to overcome and came up with creative solutions to resolve them without overcharging. They are easy to communicate with and the workers are very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. The company owner ( Matt ) may look young but he definitely have the experience and qualifications. Prime Management helped me with every aspect of design from the planning to the shopping. We have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
