Tri-County Plumbing & Septic Service

I have used Tri County for many years and always found them to be honest and dependable.  The owner and his staff are always ready to help you no matter what time or day of the week it is. 
Jim came out at the beginning of the remodel and disconnected all the supply and drain lines.  He or one of his plumbers came out  four additional times during the remodel and completed the work that needed to be done.  I had a busy schedule and they would fit me in as I needed the work completed.  No additional charges for nights and weekends.
Plumbing quality is excellent.  Never had to have them come back to fix anything.. Never paid more on weekends or nights.  Great Christian company with great ethics and morals..

We were without our facilities for three days by the time I got to Tri County. Another company came out, quoted a price, looked for tank, couldn't find it and referred us to another company to come find the tank. Another day goes by and neither of those guys/companies showed up or called. Desperate for a shower and the need to flush our toilets, I called Tri County. They came out the very next day! I think it took a little longer than he expected because he ended up working after dark. It was a Friday afternoon, about 1:00 when he got there. I think it was 8:30 by the time he loaded up his equipment and left. He never made a big deal about the time, nor did they charge us extra. I'm not real sure but, I think the guy working on our system, still had to take all of the equipment back to office and go pick up his kids or something. I only knew that because the lady mentioned it to me later. The guy working never made us feel like he was in a big hurry or our job was putting him out in any way. Even though, it probably was. The office staff that I spoke with the most, was fantastic!  They are number one in our book, that's for sure!

Called their number and it was answered promptly. We set up an appointment. Received a call before they arrived. They quickly got to work and were finished in a little more than an hour. We used them previously about a year ago.

They are outstanding. Within a day or two, they always have responded to my calls. They may also pop up under the name of Straight Mountain Rooter.

I called to make an appointment for septic tank cleaning on Wednesday and the worker was out here today on Saturday at 9 am. He called at 7:30 am to let me know he was packing up to get here and asked some questions to determine what tools he would need to bring. He was very professional and worked hard the whole time digging to the ports, pumping and recovering the ports. He also was extremely knowledgeable on the way a septic tank and field lines work.
We will be having new field lines installed soon and plan to use them for this service as well.
