They did great work. Even did the few dishes that were in my sink. Cleaned microwave out and stovetop. Even dusted very shelf we had in the house. Very pleased with the work. They were just a tad bit late (only about 30 mins).

Awesome. Good job, everyone very nice.

We had our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house cleaned.  It was just a standard cleaning and not a deep clean, but they did an excellent job.  Best cleaner we've used so far, and I'm very picky.  Our house even smelled nicer (and not just like cleaning products).  The price is a little high for us to use as our regular cleaner, though.

They are good. I would hire them again. I like their cleaning.

It went very well. They stayed a little bit longer and I was very happy with the service. I also paid an additional cost. If you need someone to do house cleaning, they do a great job. I'll have them back when I can't maintain the house. They were good. No questions asked. Price was reasonable. They were very good on punctuality. They showed up on time or a little bit early.

Gail and her team have been cleaning our house weekly for nearly 8 months and always do an excellent job. It's more than just the cleaning, it's the little things. I'm always amazed at how they leave the house like it not only cleaned but in order, with everything stacked, straightened and put away. Another attribute that I have to mention about BC&G is that they are super fast. They typically come in with a full crew (usually 5) and they have the house clean within 1-1 1/2 hours. They are courteous, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them

Great crew, they were on time and very cordial.  While I believe they did a creditable job, I prefer that we clean out house rather than use someone to do it for us.  I don't mean they did anything wrong, we just prefer doing the work ourselves.

The level of work I thought she was going to do on my carpet was underpar. My kitchen was spotless and if she only did vacuuming and dusting than this would have been a pretty good job. She isnt horriblem but my issue goes with the substandard carpet cleaning job that was done. Also on the fact that she said cleaning my upholstery was extra.

I was in the process of showing my house to sell it, when the previous cleaner quit. I contacted Gail and she and her team started cleaning my house every other Monday starting in May 2014 for about 1 1/2 months. With 5 pets, I wanted to make sure the house was regularly cleaned so that potential buyers would not be turned off by a dirty house. She and her team were friendly and the cleaning was pretty good. I had provided Gail with a key to my house since I was usually unable to be there due to work. Where I ran into issues was with scheduling and security. One Monday she and her team were supposed to clean, she called to say she had forgotten to bring my key with her. Instead of going to get it, she skipped doing my house that day. She was able to make up the cleaning day later that week, and normally a one time incident like this would not have bothered me much, but since I was showing to potential buyers and it wasn't clean for several days, it did cause me stress. Also, over the 5 times she and her team cleaned my house, the following happened: the back door was left unlocked; the door to the garage was left open allowing my pets to get into the garage (luckily none of them escaped when I pulled into the garage that day); 3 doors I normaly kept closed to prevent the pets from getting into those particular rooms were left open allowing them access for several hours; the front door was left unlocked (incident that most concerned me); and on the last day her team cleaned, someone had turned the AC down to 65 and did not turn it back up when they left.
I used B G & C Cleaning based on the Angie's List reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as it has been for others. To be fair to Gail, I did not bring the security issues to her attention since her services to me were for such a short period of time.
