    They called the day before and again the morning of the appointment and then once on the way to let me know they would be a few minutes late. Very professional as the reason for the slight delay was not their fault. I had asked for a thorough cleaning and agreed on a $150 rate. The appointment started with a walk-through of the house and discussion about what needed to be done in each room. Then Swifty Sweepers got to work. The woman doing the service was great. She worked methodically through the tasks and completely everything to satisfaction. She asked questions if she saw that there was something that might need to be done that we hadn't discussed initially and I really appreciated her attention to detail. I would recommend Swifty Sweepers and would use them again.

    Ruthann spent time with me on the phone prior to our visit. In that phone consult alone, she picked up on the problem areas that were really frustrating me. In her first visit, we toured her around the house and I felt she really learned alot about us and what leadership style we needed for these projects. Between visits, Ruthann did some research on key areas for us like crafts and brought me a magazine to review as we are thinking towards those projects for later. Ruthann is very affordable for her services ($75 per hour) and we have enjoyed every minute she is there. We are busy professionals with a baby and we need Ruthann's motivation and expertise. While Ruthann is looking at the "total picture' for us, I know she would be great for small projects or consulting. I think she really tailors her services to your needs and she never tries to push additional sales. We are always the one ready to schedule another appointment at the end of her visit. She is available whenever you need her. She's been working with us on Saturdays and Sundays due to our schedules. Ruthann suggests products that might work for us and we visit retailers to look at what we think would work for us. She is honest, ethical and hardworking. She works every minute she is at our house - plus she is always on time! When she leaves, as I said, she carries our donations for us at no additional charge. She doesn't charge us for her travel time or the time for the delivery of donations, only while she is on-site for us. I honestly believe her services are worth every penny plus more!
