Justin responded to my RFQ within 15 minutes of my online submission and he and his brother came out to give me an estimate on the work the very same day! They were courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was conscientious and professional. The price we negotiated for the project was extremely competitive and fair based on other quotes I received from their competitors, both big and small. After I told Justin what I needed he measured and quoted the job. We set up a time two days later and he made the repair and install. Of the 3 companies that answered my initial inquiry he is the only one that didnâ t try to sell unneeded items. I was impressed by his ability to listen to the customer needs. I highly recommend him. Iâ m a 50 year old man that understands the construction business. Again I highly recommend J&L.
