"I worked directly with Jasmine. Jasmine was great to work with, very professional and relatable. She was understanding about the sudden changes in color and material I had during multiple consultations. She offered me a vast knowledge of materials and details about the work I hadn’t thought of or didn’t know about. If I have another project in the future I won’t hesitate to reach out to Sentri Homes."

"We ordered our safe room on 3/27/12 and were told it would arrive in 4-5 weeks.  I checked in with them after 5 weeks and was informed that the safe rooms were "backed up" due to the storms that happened in OK, after our order was placed.  I  checked in about every 2 weeks after that and was told that the company was backed up and they didn't know when they would get the safe room in.  After 12 weeks of waiting, and after our deposit had been cashed for a few weeks, I contacted them and expressed that I was not happy being put off and given no idea of when our safe room would arrive.  That week I was told by the salesman that our safe room would arrive by Friday of that week and would be installed on Saturday.   I was contacted by the owner of the company who gave me his phone # and advised to call him with any questions, and that he would bring the safe room to my home the day it arrived.  The following Tues, after not hearing from the company, I tried repeatedly to call the owner and his voice mail was full not accepting new voice mails.  He called me on Wednesday and made arrangements to install the safe room on Friday.  It was then done as scheduled.   I realize that scheduling problems can occur but feel that the lack of communication from the company was a big failure on their part.  I had to contact the company each time to request the status of our delivery, they did not initiate the contact at all.  Had they done so, my satisfaction  level would be higher."

"We recently bought a house and have hired a few companies to work on different projects. What we learned from the process is good handyman is hard to come by. That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it.
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't.
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

Storm Shelters questions, answered by experts

The average cost of building a cinder block storm shelter can range from $3,000 to $20,000 or more, depending on various factors. Size, location, additional features, and customization all influence the overall cost. A smaller, basic shelter might be more budget-friendly, while larger or specialized designs may incur higher expenses.

Complex plumbing is tricky and expensive in an off-the-ground dwelling like this. By considering options like composting toilets, rainwater collection, and gray-water sinks, you save money and help the environment.

Yes, barndominiums are designed to withstand strong weather and severe storms if they are built properly by trained professionals. Most barndominiums are made up of a steel structure that can protect a building from winds of up to 150 miles per hour and resist a variety of weather conditions without a major risk of structural damage to the exterior, foundation, or frame.

There's no simple answer to which is less costly: wood or metal-framed homes. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. This means that the costs are about the same, even considering that wood will require more maintenance than metal over time.

Yes, many kinds of building permits exist for various projects in and outside your home. Each city sets the permit categories, but they typically cover new construction, alterations, and demolition. For example, you will need a different permit to finish a basement than you would tear down the patio.
