"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about this nasty infestation we have had in our area. The steps they took have done a good job of controlling the problem with these nasty rodents. I would definitely recommend these guys a good line of defense against roof rats."

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"Some of the smaller projects requested (e.g. installation of medicine cabinet and vent/heater fixtures) were not able to be completed due to unforeseen structural obstacles; however, the process regarding installation of the low-barrier walk-in shower was flawless. Once started, the entire project was completed within 1 day. Thanks!
