I contacted Elkmont power equipment to repair my Dixon ztr. An agreement for repair was no more than $125.00 Well the mower was not repaired, and the price went to over $345.00 They kept the mower for nearly 18 mths. It was left outside as well. Resulting in weathering and rusting. Upon many correspondence nothing but excuses and lies. Mr. Miller told me the more people complain the longer it takes. Mr. Miller yelled screamed, and cursed me.
