Anthony was the individual who came out and did the work. I must admit he was VERY professional. That alone went a long way with me. The reason for the "B" grade in responsiveness is because we had to follow-up with them between their first visit for the estimate and the second visit to do the work. The "B" for price is just because it seems high, but we didn't have another estimate to compare to."

They were always on time, and would stop and explain how things were going with me. They would ask me If i was satisyied and if I wanted any changes. They also reoplaced a kitchen floor for me, and fixed areas of the under panels of the house where squials were getting in. Jay and Mike and the rest of the crew did clean ups each day.I will being calling them agian . I could not ask or gotten any beter treatment from other places. They are greater than a five."
