12 April 2024 we had a Donald Alred technician come to check our heating unit, located in our attic, that had gone out. The tech was up there about 10 minutes and said he fixed it, and left. The weather changed the following day to 80°'s and we switched to using the air-conditioning. ...

We are still waiting to receive the remainder ($3000) of our deposit back after cancelling due to his lack of communication and zero reliability.
