RE/MAX FIRST CHOICE

We are very unhappy and will most likely drop Remax due to an agent named Francene Drexler. A real estate agent should want to help, not hinder. We have to contact her for information and assistance instead of the agent being pro active. Francene was great until we signed the papers for the new house. She also helps to sell the homes where we are buying (Grey Oaks) but due to her lack of attention, our new home is lacking in many of the upgrades we wanted. We were told by her "we can do that later". She also told my wife and I that she should only be contacted at certain times and she insulted my wife and practically called her a liar. The builder is Donovan Builders and when I finally got in contact with Donovan himself after trying through Francene, the builder was upset at us. Evidently she told some untruths to him as well. Since that time we switched to her partners and haven't had a single showing. UPDATE: We were lied to many more times. Ms. Drexlers lockbox was never retrieved and another agent showing my house left when her lockbox didn't have the key to get in. This is the most worthless agent ever. We were lied to and bilked out of almost $10,000 by this woman and her "boss" builder. She promised we would get our money back. Another lie. Most of this is in writing or text. Proof enough for any who inquire.
