NEEL'S INTERIORS

Twice Neel's Interiors has reupholstered a chair for me. Both times he did a great professional job. He was always prompt and professional, did a great job both times.

Did a great job-very helpful-very high quality work. The only reason I did not rate the price is because I have nothing to compare it to but it definitely seemed reasonable for the work performed. I felt they did such a good job on the first job I had them do another small occasional chair for us. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again should the need arise. The cost of service provided below is for the large sectional and the club chair.

I now have a beautiful chair in my living room. Mr. Neel promptly replied to all my questions, helped me select a nice velvet fabric in a very pretty teal color in his shop which was very convenient for me. He had the chair done inside the time frame he had estimated (even near a major holiday). They helped me load and unload the chair but I believe they also offer pick up and delivery, as well. My friend who used to do upholstery work and studied interior design said the price he charged was quite fair. She was also complimentary of the workmanship.

Neels did excellent and very professional work. We were extremely pleased and would recommend them to others.

Very well. He did an excellent job and the new handles are very sturdy. He sent us to a terrific shop for fabric. He was very easy to contact per phone.

I called Mr. Neel after reading all the great reviews. He answered my questions and gave me his email so I could send him a picture of my sofa. He responded in a timely manner with a quote on the job as well as quantity of fabric I would need. I made arrangements to go to his shop to view some of his fabric choices. Based on what I had told him, he already had some examples picked out for me to look at in the store. I took a few selections home to study them and returned them the next week. Once I made a decision we set up a time for him to come pick up the sofa. He brought the fabric book with him to confirm that was the color I wanted. It took about 3 weeks to complete the sofa. (it is a long sofa and quite detailed) He called when it was completed and we made arrangements for him to deliver the sofa. I am very happy with the fabric, the job and the service. it was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Neel and I will definitely call him for any future upholstery jobs I need done.

Mr. Neel used my material to make the repairs.  His work was perfect and completed promptly.  I will definitely use Mr. Neel again.

Mr. Neel was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my call and gave me the information I needed to purchase the fabrics. He was able to get started just a couple of weeks later. He came to my home and picked up both chairs to take to his shop. He had both of them finished and delivered in just over two weeks. He had done a wonderful job! They were both perfectly done, as if they were new. He is a very nice and professional man that knows a lot about his craft. I will definitely be using him again in the future. Great service and excellent work!

My 1970's dining room chairs were in dire need of sprucing up. There was nothing wrong with them visually, but the structure of the seats were worn out and they just needed an update. In the last year, I have had the house remodeled so now it was time for the smaller things. I called Mr. Neel and he was at my home within the week with fabric samples in hand. He scanned the dining room color scheme and listened to the type of fabric I wanted, and within just a very little while and quot;bingoand quot;! A match was made. I am so very happy with their outcome. They have new foam, the fabric is perfect...oh no, I may have to have company for dinner and I hate to cook. Pizza in the dining room? Now that's a thought.

Also, I have a cedar chest from the early 70's and the black leather top was so worn with horrible splits and cracks that I actually took wide black duct tape and covered the whole thing so it wouldn't look so bad in the remodeled bedroom. Mr Neel suggested this really durable, functional fabric that even my rambunctious beagle can't hurt. He only had to take the top with him, which saved me from having to unpack the chest. The chest looks brand new. WOW what a difference.

Mr. Neel was wonderful. He was so very knowledgeable. He's been in the business quite a while and that is one of the reasons I chose him. He is and quot;Johnny on the Spotand quot;. He does what he says he will do. If he says he'll be at your house in 30 minutes, you can walk to the door in 29 and he'll be getting out of his car. I really like that in a person. My time is important.

I am not quite ready yet, but when it's time to have another piece of furniture worked on, you can bet I'll call Al Neel. Oh, and by the way, he repairs antique furniture, too.

What a company!!!

I found the experience very satisfying . Mr. Neel has a very, nice, friendly personality. I really had no definite idea what I wanted on the chair. He gave me some options and suggestions, but was not at all pushy. His suggestions and help for fabric color and quality were very helpful. I had no intention of putting the color that I ended up using on the chair. But, after we had a good discussion about what colors, that I have in the room where I put the chair, I ended up useing the fabric he recommended and I have been very happy with it. It looks much better than the fabrick I thought I wanted. It fits perfectly in the room.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VERY NICE, POLITE GENTLEMAN. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE HIM AGAIN.
I was in no hurry to receive the items...he did have to order the fabric and we had to wait for it, but, that did not matter to me since I was in no hurry. I really can't remember exactly, but, I think it took 3 or 4 weeks. But, it was well worth the wait.

I had ordered a pair of antique chairs from a different company that had been refinished but they were messed up during the shipping. He had someone take them away and he fixed them up. They upholstered two 1940s Italian chairs for me as well.
