Overall, the cleaning was adequate. There was quite a bit of dust left over right after the cleaning. The major problem was that my office desk was ruined with some cleaning product that left a stain which looked like and oily stain. After numerous emails and sending pictures, this is still unresolved. The company is stating that they did cause the stain but it was noticed after I got back from my trip. I am in the process of getting an estimate to repair or replace my office desk.
Also, the company charged my credit card for two amounts that were not a part of the contracted amounts.
I would not recommend them.

The girls were young, inexperienced, inattentive, disstracted much of the time with personal things and never completed the jobs. Actually had to clean things after they supposedly cleaned. I even contacted the owner of the franchise at one time, who said she will work on it and make sure they paid more attention. But, it only seemed to get worse after that.
Additionally, they never had a set time, it was all over the board so we could never really plan things around it. Additionally, they just failed to call and let me know one week if they were coming at all. I had no idea and had to leave a message to see if we were even on the schedule.
Examples of things left undone over the 3 months:
--ALWAYS left crumbs, dust bunnies etc on floors; always had to ask them to redo and still there were things. I don't expect perfect, but you would think they would see the crumbs on the floor by the cabinets and they never moved a single piece of furniture so cobwebs galore underneath.
--frequently, left things undone in the bathroom, different each time, sometimes did not clean floor around toilet, sometimes left black water marks on shower; rarely did they wipe out the sink after they emptied the water so always had soap film on sink drain.
--often forgot to empty one of the trash cans; different rooms, not always the same one; and would forget to empty shredder which we asked for; when they did empty, they created a huge mess on the floor because they were careless and shreds went everywhere. Then, when they vacuumed, they failed to get all the pieces. So frustrating having to clean after they "cleaned."
--Rarely did they get everything on the floors when vacuuming. Wow, Really!
--OFTEN, when one of the girls was here, she spent the "ENTIRE" and I do mean the entire time on her cell phone handling personal things or talking with someone. DO YOUR PERSONAL STUFF ON "YOUR" TIME NOT MY PAID TIME!
Really this one was frustrating and really ticked me off, because I'm paying her to clean and she's focused on her own stuff. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. And you could always tell which areas she cleaned. WOW!!!
Finally, I had enough and talking with the owner made no difference. So, I contacted them by email to inform them that we were discontinuing service and why. But, they never once, responded in any way to say they were sorry, or ask about further details so they could improve. NOTHING.
Honestly, I've had various services over the years as we've lived in 8 different states and by far they are the WORST! Period. They are 100% a complete waste of money and it was clear they did not care at all about me as a customer.

In fact, the last two emails from this client stated that they would score their team a 9 out of 10, so I am confused about what we could have done better for this client. Had we received any correspondence about the dissatisfaction, we would have offered to send a team to correct our shortcomings & do what we could to give better service moving forward. We never want anyone to be unhappy with their service & are always glad to correct our mistakes if we are aware of them."

The last cleaning was so bad we requested a refund, but that request was denied, although they did offer to reperform the services for that week to make it right. Given the history of the past cleanings, we are going to decline that offer and look for a different provider.

The morning of a team of 2 women showed up with all supplies, a smile and a very professional manner. I showed them the house, the spaces to clean and they got to work. As they were cleaning and I was supervising completed areas anything that was not done to my satisfaction was taken care of right then and there with no complaints.
Overall they did a great job and I will use them again. I was very pleased with my very first Angie's List Provider, it was well worth the annual membership fee.

"Two Maids & A Mop works hard to provide complete satisfaction for each and every one of our Customers. We have been very grateful for this Customer's months of business and the feedback they have provided in this review. At the beginning of their service, we truly learned a valuable lesson on handling inner-city trash service. Our teams had yet to venture down alley ways to dispose of trash, but they learned something new from it! We were happy to correct the issue because they seems to truly enjoy the overall results of their service. Each time they reached out to us with a concern we offered to correct it, and took immediate steps to communicate preferences and concerns with their teams. After the trash incident, concerns were few and far between, but always addressed. When we received a cancellation notice with a list of concerns that were not previously mentioned, we were disappointed to learn that we did not meet their expectations for service. Our efforts to resolve the issues were declined by the other party residing in the home, and we concluded we were unable to meet the Customer’s needs. We are truly saddened by the outcome of this situation, and can only hope that our continued effort to provide satisfaction for each Customer remains the highlight of our business. We learn from our mistakes, and we grow from valuable feedback. We always ask each Customer to rate their service and provide feedback so that we can learn what their preferences and priorities are for their homes.
