The crew arrived to carpet my living room and three bedrooms within one week of the estimate (total time for the entire process including the request for work/estimate/completion-less than 2 weeks). I did have to schedule a follow-up to correct a few small errors (tack strip with exposed tacks-and two spots where the carpet did not connect flush with the wall). Repair work was a little slower than the original job, a total of three weeks to get the repairs-which was finished in less than 2 hours. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well.
