"Jason Hopson and Team did an exceptional job—-the best work quality I have experienced in 35 years and the most reasonable prices. He does what he says at the price he says period! He his the total skill set to build a house from the ground up. No one has skills like his. Nobody. I was having a heck of a time getting my back french doors rebuilt as a lot of the wood had rotted. These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. Jason and team came down from Birmingham and did the job and now I get nothing but compliments on how beautiful they look. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. Hopson and team did an outstanding job both times to the point he is now the Go To Man for any project I have. He is always on time, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and loaded with expertise. He is the ONLY one I trust with my projects big or small. I rate “A++”"

"Living 900 miles away and trying to sell your previous home is stressful enough without having to worry about needed repairs on the vacant home. Quality Restoration had performed the first home inspection for a potential buyer and although the sale fell through, I appreciated the professionalism in which this company handled the estimate of needed repairs and how they walked me through each one. I chose them to perform numerous repairs on windows, plumbing, painting, and an entire roof so that the house would be ready for another buyer. When the next buyer came along and performed their inspection, as is typical, they found a few more items that required repair, according to them. I asked Quality Restoration to address these and keep in mind, this time spans 5 months and I never saw the repairs that had been performed. Obviously my agent had seen them and was pleased and I felt I could trust these guys. To me, that's as important as the quality and performance they showed and they did a fantastic job on all. I also found them very responsive, even after I paid them as I discovered a small leak when we arrived to clean out our home. I called and they were there within two hours, found the issue and made the repair on the spot. "This company did a great job! Usually I dont do these reviews but we were left speechless! One side of our pool was being shaded by a large tree, So we were really having a hard time deciding what size deck to build to get full sun on our pool area. Not only did they help is find the size and shape that was perfect for our space but they built us a awesome deck!!! We were actually able to add a grilling area and they trimmed our tree back and added a bench to the side of the deck with storage for the SAME price as the competitors quoted us! I am beyond exstatic about the job D&C did and We can't wait to entertain our friends this summer!"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
