Mark came out and showed me first-hand where the water came from by making it leak while we were watching. No one else did that. They came right on time to fix it and showed me what they found and how they would fix it. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. Everything was put back into place. I needed some emergency concrete driveway repairs/lifting and they came out same day and completed the repairs quickly. The owner himself called me and I explained the issues I was having. "I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."
