I was very pleased with how both the estimate and the waterproofing was done. The estimate went over and beyond what others had done to find where the water was coming from. Mark came out and showed me first-hand where the water came from by making it leak while we were watching. No one else did that. They came right on time to fix it and showed me what they found and how they would fix it. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. Everything was put back into place. Of course, we have to have some more heavy rains to test their work, but I have every confidence that what they did will work. They were pleasant to work with and they kept me appropriately informed. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The work crew did an excellent job and they worked very hard.... I was home so observed them working. Phillip Madden provided a daily update of the progress of the project with photos and explanation of work done and he was available to explain and discuss the work in progress. The foreman, Mark, was very good supervisor as the job moved forward on schedule and he was the one who provided the photos of the work to Phillip. The workers were polite and picked up after themselves. I would use them again if I had another problem.

Very pleased with the work that was done by Exterior Waterproofing. Phillip was on time for our appointment and provided two different solutions for my problem. Once I receive the estimate, there was no pressure to start the work or sign a contract. Phillip arrived with his crew and started right to work. Mark G. the lead man and his workers were professional and completed the job a day early. After each day Phillip provided an email photo journal of the work performed, We had our first big rain, and no water in my basement. I have no hesitation about recommending Exterior Waterproofing.

The job done was great and fast. I just wish they would have cleaned up more. The basement floor was never moped or cleaned after job. It took quite some time to get it clean again.

After the job was done the workers did such a great job you could not tell they had been there. The flower bed pinestraw was put back in and the area looked undisturbed. Great Job!

Exterior Waterproofing is very professional, courteous, willing to cooperate, and does more than expected. The company cooperates with items to be corrected, added, or modified. The part of our basement that he fixed to stop water issues, has been a wonderful job that allows us more freedom to leave the house without having to worry about the water coming into the basement. The job has been tested with a few torrents of rain, and it stays dry. We even received a recommendation for other work that we need to have done.

Everything exceeded our expecation. We loved working with them.

He promptly provided me with a estimate which i found to be fair for the job. he provided me a detail draft for the work he was going to perform and completed the job as promised. Phillip's communication with me throughout the project was greatly appreciated and addressed any concerns i may have had. i would highly recommend phillip and his team to anyone requiring basement waterproofing.

I was not made aware of the aestetic look of the work that was to be done and it was done in the front of my house under a permanent window, so I need to go to extra links to cover up the bad aestetic look.
