They cut the tree in parts while a bobcat was holding up the tree to avoid from falling over the fence. No damage and they hauled it away. Amazing work! I will call them for future jobs!"

"Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."

"I gave them several chances and I must say that I had to call customer service more times than I ever called my lawn service in the last 14 years of living in my home. All I asked was that the grass in the back would be bagged with a walking mower. The first time they did not have that type of mower and said they would come back. It took a day or two. This has happened several times since and one time it was a week before they showed up. I live in a gated community and they asked to be admitted. My son told guard to admit them. They never showed and did not cut the grass. However, my bank account was charged for the service we did not receive. By the time they came back to cut my grass it was 4 weeks and my grass was ankle deep. The next time they came was the same story. They did not have a bag mower and said they would be back the next day. I did not see them until a week had passed. Today, they did not have a walk mower with a bag. Before I could get outside they had cut my back yard with a mower and no bag. My gate hinges had come loose so I had used bungees to hold it in place. I went and check the gate after they left and they had cut 3 of them in half. I called to cancel service, but they did not answer any of their lines. I did not even get an answering system. The only thing I got was music for a long time. Beware if you plan to use this company. They are very unprofessional. They do not have enough equipment for each truck to have the equipment to manicure a lawn. The first time they said that the owner had the lawn mover with the bag. Don't put up with them for 2+ months thinking they would get better. It only got worse. I have pictures, but do not know how to download them."
