"Elite Handyman Services handled two jobs for me, gutter cleaning and limb/brush cleaning. The service was fast and professional. You could tell the owner cares about the fine details. Branches in my area need to be cut to a certain size in order to be picked up. The team cleared the brush chopped the branches down to size and neatly placed them. They even blew the leaves from this past fall off of my back deck as a courtesy. I'll be using them again soon to clear out some unmaintained flower beds. I'm looking forward to seeing the change. "Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."
