"Performed insulation work on our home. Vacuumed out the 25 year old blown in insulation on day one, then sprayed in foam for the whole roof to include the attached garage, and cleaned up afterwards. When there was confusion of the work they performed (my fault) Lee called me up to see if we were satisfied and was willing to do more to make me happy, but this was not necessary after he explained the work performed and I agreed that all was good. They came in on the week promised, delivered what was expected, and at a very competitive price. Also for veterans, they do give a veterans discount, so don't forget to ask."

"We called Morgan Drywall and Painting to repair two small sections of drywall in our bathroom walls after a plumbing leak was repaired. Mr. Morgan responded quickly and did an excellent job not only repairing the drywall but also added a support bracket for the plumbing, treated the mold from the water leak, and added extra insulation in the walls. He was very professional and courteous."

"Their material is very good.  They had to put 4 nails on each shingle of the roof which they did not.  As a result I had to call them back twice for leaks.  They did come back eventually and fix it but I felt they should have done it initially. "Cobalt save our rear ends by getting our insurance company to pay for the work.  This is after 3 other roofers looked at it.    So we paid our 1,000 deductible and that was basically it for the roof.  Had some cosmetic repairs done out of pocket.  
He David Francis, co-owner, also got insurance company to pay for leak damage in one of the bedrooms.   Cobalt has been around a while.  Their crew works hard long hours.  You will have 6-10 people working to get the job done fast.   
also, on our other house we have had some leaking issues with the chimney.   He got that fixed too!!!   
I mentioned 4 grand because we then had the house repainted by Cobalt.  It looks amazing!!  And they didnt paint the windows shut like the last painter.
