"Prompt response for quote which was considerably lower than others (most never  bothered to call me back )and was in line with cost my brother who is a builder in Bham said it should cost , short delay in installation but called well in advance to reschedule, cleaned up afterward, showed pictures of installation, no hidden costs, only problem was asked about installing baffles in path to attic furnace when quote was obtained  but they blew in everything and now I have @ 12 inches of insulation between attic entrance and furnace, called them about fixing this but never responded

"Performed insulation work on our home. Vacuumed out the 25 year old blown in insulation on day one, then sprayed in foam for the whole roof to include the attached garage, and cleaned up afterwards. When there was confusion of the work they performed (my fault) Lee called me up to see if we were satisfied and was willing to do more to make me happy, but this was not necessary after he explained the work performed and I agreed that all was good. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. "Cobalt save our rear ends by getting our insurance company to pay for the work.  This is after 3 other roofers looked at it.    So we paid our 1,000 deductible and that was basically it for the roof.  Had some cosmetic repairs done out of pocket.  
He David Francis, co-owner, also got insurance company to pay for leak damage in one of the bedrooms.   Cobalt has been around a while.  Their crew works hard long hours.  You will have 6-10 people working to get the job done fast.   
also, on our other house we have had some leaking issues with the chimney.   He got that fixed too!!!   
I mentioned 4 grand because we then had the house repainted by Cobalt.  It looks amazing!!  And they didnt paint the windows shut like the last painter.
