"They had to go inside the wall to replace the copper pipe but they were very careful to cut straight lines and tape the piece of dry wall they had to move back in place. They did not repair it but that was explained to me before the work was done. However, they made it easier for me to have someone to replace it. I was very please with the care they took in taping the wall back in place."

It seems the biggest complaint on this company is the cost. It is very expensive. James did give a cost before the service. I will be honest and say this, as fast as the leak was found â located within 3 shovels of dirtâ No water had to be pumped. Too much mud, the pump would not work. I was expecting the price to be lowered. However it was not. I say this! My wasting water is fixed. ( hopefully) my mind is clear and I slept very good. If I or other customers are intentionally deceived in pricing, it will truly come back on the company. It always does. Sometimes a slow burn ð ¥ other times poof! Up in smoke. I have nothing bad to say about the service that was given once they got here. Today is Beautiful! I"
