"My 2007 Ford F-150 was exhibiting vibration and a flashing check engine light. The vibration was so bad it had to be towed. I really didn't expect to hear anything back that day as I was told they were very busy. However, Jason called a few hours later to ask if the spark plugs had ever been changed. He went on to tell me about the issues with changing plugs on this model. Apparently the plugs can break off in the engine during removal. The plugs had been changed less than a year before. Jason suggested removing a plug to confirm that were indeed new. I agreed and new plugs were confirmed to have been installed. That out of the way, he recommended replacing all 8 coils as the engine showed misfires on 7 cylinders. After replacing the coils it now runs great. This was a big relief as the vibration had grown from a minor annoyance to a huge problem. I will definitely be calling Madison Automotive for my future repair needs.
