"Did not properly clean up after work. Had to clean dried grout off bathroom door and pick it out of carpet. Had to scrape off paint left on mirror and light fixtures. Had to vacuum out dust from sanding out of air vent. Caulking in bathroom was incomplete. Cabinet was not reinstalled properly. Left many messages that were ignored. Did not show up or call when work was supposed to be done. Charged us extra for items agreed upon in original contract. Recommend that older citizens especially beware this contractor."

Our Company will tackle just about any job. We have 3 basic Employees, and we sub out most work other then the finishing work, that Gene will do. We have great Subs that we work with that will come in right on time, get in get out with quality work, Gene is very detailed and keeps an eye on everything. You can compare him to Mike Holmes on Homes, he believes in doing it right the first time. We make sure all our subs are licensed and Insured. WE have Contracts that consist of So much of a down payment to get the job started and a materials will come out of it along with a cash advance for trip charges and initial labor fees. As we reach each stage of the job their will be a draw proportion out for materials to start and complete each stage, and at the completion the balance will be paid. For Angie's List members, either you can have $500.00 Gift Certificate at your choice of Home Goods Stores for Home Accessory's or put toward some extra work not on the Contract. For Any Jobs $20,000.00 and above. We love doing houses and we love helping you make good decisions about your homes to fix them up and we will try our best to give you beautiful jobs done with materials that are not cheap cheap or not to to expensive.
