Door to be installed was to open on the right from inside per contract.  Actual door installed opens on the left.  Vinyl trim on outside patched and looks very poor.  Wrong door was not noticed until old door had been removed, opening sized to fit new door and new door installed.  By then it was too late to stop the process.  Door color and trim do not match so all will have to be painted in order to match.  Nails and staples were not properly filled in.

Replacement door was to open from the right (from inside) the same as the old door.  Wrong door ordered and installed.  New door opens from the left.  Not what I ordered.  It was not discovered until old door had been removed and installation of new door was started.  Vinyl trim on outside of door was patched and looks terrible.  I was told that door would not have to be painted, however, the door and trim don't match so everything will need to be painted and nail holes or staple holes will need to be filled in first.

Excellent and professionalism all the way.  If you order the double hung windows I would suggest ordering full screens to go with them.  I plan to open both the top and bottom parts of the windows simultaneously and the full window screen will come in handy for that.
