Freezer was evaluated and there was nothing wrong with it. The technician explained to me why it was making a noise.

They gave a 4 hr window for arriving for the appointment and arrive about 1.5 hr into the window. Called on the way. Very professional. Price reasonable.

Very well and very professional

It went well. They only disassembled what was necessary and cleaned up after themselves when done. They were courteous and professional and told me exactly what was needed and how long it would take. The part did take one day longer for them to get than they had estimated, but I don't hold them to be at fault for that.

Jon called ahead of scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem (stopped cooling) and repaired the frig on the spot. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and we will hire him again if need be.

I spoke with Jon Rogers (Owner) on 6/24/2019 requesting service for my Refrigerator which was no longer Cooling. The very next day, Jon and Wes arrived at my home at around Noon. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. Their Attitude clearly displayed they truly were happy to assist. They quickly went to work to diagnose the issue. They found there was a bit of ice buildup along the top of the Air Vents in the Freezer. Within approximately 20 minutes, they had gotten the ice melted and the Defrost Mode kicked back in, allowing the Cool Air to once again flow into the Refrigerator Compartment. Yippie, my Refrigerator was fixed and working like a Charm! This is actually the second time Affordable Appliance Repair has made a service call to our home. We called them about 18 months ago regarding the Repair of a 41-year old Frigidaire; however, due to its age, the parts were no longer available. I was really impressed when Jon commented that he remembered coming to our home then to attempt to repair the Frigidaire. My experience with them then was just as impressive as it was today. Affordable Appliance Repair will be our first choice for any future appliances which may require service. Kudos to Jon and Wes! You guys Rock!

They did a excellent job.

Wes quickly got to the root of the problem and ordered the part I needed. They came back and installed the part in about 10 minutes. Very professional and pleasant to do business with.

Little delay in parts coming in but returned as soon as parts were received. They were able to repair both machines in a timely manner and left very little mess when they were done. They had to return to make a miner adjustment and were glad we called to inform them of the adjustment, to make sure we were satisfied with there work. And we were. We would call them again if the need arises.

Both workers were professional, very patient, and even took the time to draw a picture of what they were going to work on. Very please!!! I even save the company information for future services. Great job!!!

Way more than expected!!! My washer was leaking a little and we had them installed over 5 years ago - I was prepared for them to sell me anything and everything - including a high cost of repair! Nothing like that happened - not even a close call to that happened. They cleaned everything out, then told me it was a build up of dog hair over the years and then they SHOWED ME HOW TO FIX IT MYSELF in the future. In a world where I am increasingly seeing overcharging and overselling becoming more common place...they remain honorable!!!
