He was professional and told me about the warranty and answered any questions I had about the appliance or the service. The one thing that I appreciated about the service from Mr. Appliance is that when they texted/emailed me to confirm my appointment they also sent a picture of the technician that would be performing the service, this made me very at ease knowing who would be arriving to perform the service."
