"Very happy and satisfied with the service and products provided. Absolutely top quality appliance diagnosis and repair. Very timely, responsive, professional and great value. Wish I had known about this company earlier this is definitely the only company I will be going to for appliance repair from this time forward. Need to get word and publicity out about this company â they are relatively new in area and need everyone to know they are out there and do a really excellent job. This is only company in area that I could find (and I checked a lot of companies) that does dryer vent duct cleaning anymore and after cleaning vent duct they follow-up by making sure dryer works correctly which was fortunate in my case cause blocked dryer vent duct was only part of my dryer challenges â so glad they did a thorough job as I am confident now my 20 + year old dryer will last me for many more years. Very good on all appliances."

Pellet stoves are designed to operate quietly, often emitting only a soft hum from the combustion fan and auger. Compared to traditional wood-burning stoves or furnaces, modern pellet stoves are relatively quiet during operation. This minimal noise ensures they can efficiently heat living spaces without causing disruption, making them a preferred choice for those seeking both comfort and peace of mind.

Yes, pellet stoves can serve as a primary heating source in colder climates, provided they are properly sized for the space and maintained regularly. They are capable of generating sufficient heat to keep homes comfortable during winter months. However, in regions with extremely low temperatures, you may need supplemental heating to ensure consistent warmth, especially during prolonged cold spells.

Your fireplace flue is open when the chimney is unsealed and open to the outside air and sky. That’s why one of the best ways to figure out if your flue is open is to visually check for daylight inside of your chimney—or to feel for a draft, which may be generated by the difference in temperatures inside and outside of your home.

No, there are no ventless pellet stoves. Because pellet stoves burn wood pellets, they produce wood smoke—which contains carbon monoxide. This harmful substance needs to be vented out of your living area. That said, there are vent-free and ventless fireplaces that run on natural gas and propane. These offer the heating and ambiance of a fireplace without the need to vent thick and hazardous wood smoke.

Chimney caps are necessary both from a building safety standpoint in most municipalities and to keep your home protected from a variety of issues. Chimney caps are not only mandated by building code in most areas, but they also serve to keep squirrels, raccoons, and other pests out of your home, as well as snow and rain. Therefore, they help to avoid property damage, making them a worthwhile investment.
