I made an appointment for 8/5/23 to have my washer repaired. When he didnâ t show up on time, I called him. He stated he had been tied up and arrived shortly after. At that time, he presented as very pleasant and professional. He assessed the washer and dryer and quoted being able to rebuild them at half the cost of replacing them, requiring 50% down which I happily paid. He said he would come the next day to fix the washer and would have the parts in the next week to complete the job. He came back as he promised and repaired the washer then ghosted me till 8/28 when I texted him. He made excuses including other work and social engagements. We agreed for him to come 8/30 which he no showed again making excuses. I texted him later telling him I no longer needed his services which elicited another excuse. I asked the cost of the job he had completed and how much money he had swindled me out of, which he then responded with a lower than original quote finally offering a refund. He offered to come 8/31and then ghosted me again. He did not call or text saying he was on his way only responding later with more excuses. I am still waiting on a refund and am surprised he is still in business with his lack of professionalism.

The repair guy will be back with my parts and will be doing a maintenance job on my dryer 10-14 days when the washer parts come in. He requested a 50% down payment before parts were order.

He arrived performed the task and provided feedback to keep vent from clogging again since the original design was not the best

Very prompt in calling back. Excellent communication as to when work would be done. Very creative in coming up with a solution to a problem that couldn't easily be fixed (dryer vent location and turning). DJ is pleasant and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Appliance Doctor!

Initially hired for washer problem. Problem turned out to be water pump pressure tank. Tank ruptured as repairman arrived. DJ recommended a master plumber, arranged for purchase of parts needed to replace pressure tank Next day plumber and DJ arrived and changed out tank. Problem solved.

Wish I had known about this company earlier this is definitely the only company I will be going to for appliance repair from this time forward. Need to get word and publicity out about this company â they are relatively new in area and need everyone to know they are out there and do a really excellent job. This is only company in area that I could find (and I checked a lot of companies) that does dryer vent duct cleaning anymore and after cleaning vent duct they follow-up by making sure dryer works correctly which was fortunate in my case cause blocked dryer vent duct was only part of my dryer challenges â so glad they did a thorough job as I am confident now my 20 + year old dryer will last me for many more years. Very good on all appliances.

They were on time and good on finishing the work in one day

Daniel replaced our 30 year old range with a new one...a complicated installation which he did perfectly. He explained some of the fine points of using and maintaining the appliance. We really appreciate how he came to our place far out of town to complete this project.

I needed help with the installation and conversation on my new propane range, after calling around Appliance Doctor was the only place in town that was even willing to come out, but I am very glad they were able to. They were very accommodating working with my business hours and made the whole process seem simple, even though I couldn t for the life of me get the old propane hose disconnected in the first place. Great service, decent rates, I m one happy customer that will definitely be calling them again.

My refrigerator quit working. No other place I tried was able to get me a fridge in less than two weeks. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem, give me an estimate to fix my fridge and deliver a new one in one day.
