"Joe seemed to be a novice. He changed his original price by an increase of $200. His work was not perfect but was completed. All the jobs he completed were satisfactory and have not further showed signs of being broken or leaked. Twice he suggested that I purchase larger items instead of fixing what I had (kitchen sink toilet). The sidewalk cement chipped within a week. Also, was committed to other jobs while working for me which caused him to work 3 1/2 -4 hrs. per day. I expected him to complete my job within 1-2 days, instead it took almost a week. Since I do not work this was ok. He was friendly and professional but seemed to lack experience and expertise. I would recommend Joe, but not expect a perfect job."

"It was wonderful, I have no complaints at all. They provided pictures throughout the entire process, texted me daily to let me know the progress, if I had questions they answered them immediately, and they were very communicative about what's going on."
