They pulled the valve cover, inspected and listened to it. Their determination was that it was either a plate between the engine and transmission or the engine needed to be replaced. I paid for their time and labor, then sought another opinion.

Sean was extremely polite and professional. He worked most of the day on the three levels including over 30 steps. After he was finished he raked the carpet. He also provided instructions for cleaning the wood floors. I would definitely recommend his services.
