He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and the work was completely in a timely manner.  I was impressed by how polite his workers were and that they were nonintrustive.  We did have a miscommunication regarding what I wanted for the kennel but Tony was quick to work with me to modify the plan to fit my needs. 
I subsequently called Tony's for some handyman work in the house. My only problem with this project was the worker was slow in getting things done and rather than a flat fee I was charged an hourly rate. Overall, the work was done as I requested and the amount I paid was not terribly uncomfortable. I would use them again and I would recommend them. I simply would negotiate a flat fee for the work I need done as I did when I used them the first time.
