Also, we selected CAP over all the other companies out there based on customer reviews. clearly, CAP is not a "replacement" but rather, a "repair" company.     We have been with Landmark for about 4 months now and had to use them out first month in for our hot water heater. I called them around 9PM at night on a Sunday and by 10AM the next morning I was on the phone with the contractor. That evening at 6PM I had a new hot water heater installed. When I called Landmark it was covered and my only out of pocket was the labor and the new pipes that were required to be installed to come up to code. So far I am impressed with their customer service and how they follow up. I did a lot of research on other top brands but Landmark really does well

    Called Landmark Warranty for yearly heating service. The contractors checked the whole unit and explained what was done on the inside of the system. He then when to the unit outside and was advised that the system was leaking and needed to be repaired or replaced. The contactor contacted Landmark reference this matter and what is required. During this time period I was on temp duty with the military. After my return the contractor told me that Lankmark authorized replacement of the unit. The unit was changed out and tested. I was also lucky that I had the freon service added to my contracted. I save over $3000 easy. Ms Elisabeth from Landmark helped me and the contractor on some questions, but everything was cleared up and the job was completed

The contractors they have sent have been responsive and courteous and remedy the problem appropriately. My AC was in need of a repair and it was inspected and repaired in a timely and professional basis

They have already paid to fix our furnace which was making a terrible noise and was on its way out. They have been great to work with!     I have 2-10 warranty per the recommendation of my realtor. I bought a house in AZ in June 2014. My problems with this company started the day I moved in. I got to the house with the movers and the A/C wasn't working and it's almost 100 degrees inside at 11 in the AM. I called 2-10. I was told my warranty hadn't funded yet and so my account wasn't active. It's June 30th in AZ and the movers are moving furniture in the house right then. I had no time to fool around with phone calls and I assumed I was given the correct information. So, I had a friend find me a company to come out and fix the A/C. I did call my realtor not long after that about the warranty. A couple of hours later, the A/C guy that ended up coming out is on the roof about to replace the part on the A/C when I get a call from my realtor who had made her own calls to her contacts at 2-10. Turns out, I DID have coverage. However, the guy fixing my A/C is out of network so I got stuck with the full bill -$30 (The full bill was $296). Had I been given correct information to begin with, I would have made every effort to go with an in-network company. The reps at 2-10 are fully aware of what happened and to this day, have made no effort to rectify it. Now, my dryer is out. I called 2-10, opened a claim, and the claim information was sent electronically to the appliance service center. It's taken me 3 calls to get them to actually come out. While this issue hasn't been nearly as bad as the other, 2-10 essentially sent off some electronic information then wiped their hands of the situation. I haven't heard from them once, not even an email. I've had this warranty 4 months, almost 5, and this has been my experience so far. Needless to say, I will NOT be buying a home warranty from this company and am just glad I didn't buy the one I have (part of the close of sale of the home). I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a home warranty to NOT use 2-10 Home Warranty
