I called after the work was complete and asked about a few points that seemed to be overlooked and they quickly came out to finish these portions. He remembered the window and even too time to check his work both inside and out, the latter needing a long ladder to reach. The window turned out great. The trash was removed, the area cleaned, and they were down the road in no time. Highly recommend

They cleaned up their mess and discussed some things like how long I needed to wait to paint or open the vent etc. Overall it was an A+ experience. Highly recommended. Owner called with a follow-up a week later to make sure I was happy with the work

I even told them I wished I had more windows to install as they definitely improve the appearance of my home. They also took special care not to damage anything during demolition and install plus cleaned up everything and hauled away all the debris. Clayton initially came out and measured, informing us of the process, approximate timeframe and costs. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative. We knew exactly what the cost would be, in writing, when he left. There was no pressure to sign a contract. This bid and contract were emailed to us and we were able to take our time to make our decision with absolutely no pressure. We made our decision on Mod Glass and paid 1/2 of the total online. We were contacted a few days prior to the installation date, approximately 10 days after we confirmed the contract. We were contacted by phone approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival. James and Clayton arrived and installed the surround. They were very pleasant, upbeat and courteous! They worked very well together! We are extremely pleased with the installation and with Clayton and James. We would definitely hire Mod Glass again and would welcome working with Clayton and James again. "If grade A plus was possible I would give it. I used to use a very lose family friend but I was referred to Brad through work and I use him for everything now. He installed counter tops in a house I was selling on short term notice. He did it quick and economically and he even replaced a window trim that was rotten above it at no additional cost.
