I was told there would be $139 service charge If they came & adjusted the Sliders etc that was all that was needed. I called them back before they came (a week & half after called them initially) to let them know that we have been told we needed the balls replaced and they told me that would be $448+ the cost of the balls, etc. etc. and they would check it out when they came. They charged us $129 as a service call that would not count the actual work. They were the only ones that charged us for a quote which was quite a bit higher than who we ultimately used. Very upset we were charged for them to assess the problem when I had told them what others had told us FOR NO COST.

Great. Very impressed. Our sliding gliding doors didn’t slide this easy when they were new!!! They arrived on time, were professional, got right to work & were finished in less than an hour. They cleaned up any mess.

They were very quick and very good. They were very clean and punctual as well. The doors were not sliding well so they replaced the track mechanism. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them.

I was told the price over the phone. When the repairmen found there was not enough room to get the panels out at an angle, they had to take the frame off each panel, replace the rollers, and reattach the frame. They did not charge for this extra work. They were very professional, along with being knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The doors now slide very easily. Also, the person who scheduled the service over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was so happy that I hired Slider Man! I got an accurate quote over the phone, and then when they came to fix the siders, they were in and out inside of 45 minutes, and did an amazing job of replacing the rollers on my giant, heavy sliding doors! They also added a bumper to the door because it was sliding so nicely they didn't want the handle to bang into the next slider. I wish I had done this sooner!

Went very well.....Two very professional Company reps (Elio and Weston) showed up on the day we were scheduled within the scheduled window. They did a great job and we added a few extras to the job based on what we felt were good recommendations. We would highly recommend them. Sliderman has done lots of work in Olde Cypress and comes highly recommended by friends and neighbors. It takes a few weeks to get scheduled since they are very busy, no doubt from all the work load associated with hurricane irma.

The service was super. When I first called the company, they were booked into February because of the hurricane, so I set up an appointment for 2/15/18. They called me yesterday (12/18/17) and said they had a crew in the area who could work on my doors that afternoon if convenient. I was delighted to have the doors fixed well ahead of the scheduled appointment. The doors now slide like new - just as they advertise. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The receptionist was unbelievably rude and nasty. The guys did fix our doors upon the second visit but the price was extremely high ( approximately $750). The parts are cheap. This is a huge rip off! Doors did continue to work well but I am sure another business could do this at a much more reasonable cost and friendly receptionist.

Fantastic! Sean, Eric & Elio were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They were a good team and did a fabulous job. I thought I was going to have to replace the doors but they work better now than they ever did. It runs smoothly and very quietly. And the office staff was really great and helped me by moving appointments around to get me in a bit sooner so that I would not miss an appointment. I highly recommend them!

It went excellent. The technicians came and because of the way my doors are hung and the screen on the lanai being so close, they were concerned about doing it. However, in checking they found that it wasn't my rollers, but that the track it was in was just a little tight and was rubbing on the door making it difficult to slide. They took a rubber mallet and knocked the track out a little to widen the track where it was rubbing and the doors slid very easily. All they charged me was for the home visit ($79) which was way cheaper than the agreed upon price to have the complete job done. I was so pleased that they were an honest company and made the easy fix rather than trying to tell me I had to have the expense complete roller replacement done when that was not the problem. How refreshing to deal with an honest, professional company.

I was very pleased with the workers and the results. Also, my initial contact with SliderMan was a very pleasant experience. She was extremely friendly and professional. Was able to ask questions about my needs and provide me with an estimate over the phone first. I would highly recommend this company for your sliding door needs :)

Excellent. Job was done in about an hours. Rollers replaced and sliders worked better than expected. Sliders open and close with little effort.

All work was performed to our satisfaction. Smooth movement of sliders was restored. Latch was adjusted and functions well.

The gentleman arrived did a few minor adjustments and now the lock works wonderfully. Would definitely use this company again.
