  I inquired with Norma from Arzolas cleaning a few months ago. When moving into my first apartment, i definitely wanted to hire the best of the best to do a deep clean before i moved in.   I paid for a DEEP cleaning of my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I specifically stated that the most important thing to me was the bedroom, that I have 2 pets and wanted all the hair, food crumbs, litter etc. gone and that I wanted it VERY clean. They said okay no problem. 2 of them cleaned the kitchen for an hour and 1 of them cleaned my bedroom and bathroom for an hour and then they left. The kitchen and bathroom aren’t bad, they definitely aren’t deep cleaned, but an average clean. They did not clean the insides or outsides of the fridges, and didn’t clean the insides of the stoves. In the bathroom there was still cobwebs around the light fixtures and in the corners, and the baseboards still had readily visible dirt/dust. What I’m really upset about though is my bedroom, the room I specifically told them I really wanted deep cleaned really well. As far as I can tell they ran a quick vacuum over the rugs and wiped some of the surfaces down and that’s all. There’s still tons of pet hair, pet crumbs, and litter, they didn’t move anything to get the hair and dust behind it, just did a quick vacuum/wipe down. I could’ve done that in half the time and saved a lot of money. I paid them because I wanted it to be professionally cleaned and I was greatly disappointed

  Working with Meir was a complete pleasure. He was prompt, professional, personable and completed the cleaning in a few days and returned the rugs to me very quickly. Cleaning job was excellent with no trace of urine smell at all. Rugs look fantastic after the cleaning. On a side note,I also used his cleaning product on dog vomit and it worked fantastic with no adverse affect to my rug. I would definitely use Meir again for removal of urine and poop from my oriental rugs

From cleaning the blinds to looking new, walls, casings, vacuuming, windows, and carpets, the place looked as great as the day I moved in.   Water line was replaced by plumbing company. Servepro came promptly at the agreed time. I had cleaned up a lot but water was still coming up from under linoleum. I told the man where it was still a problem and he set up three noisy blowers without wiping up remaining puddles first. He told me he would return between ten and eleven next day. When he didn't I phoned the office and they said it wasn't scheduled but they let me shut off the noisy blowers. After several calls they came about 2PM.
